1) Order Processing

• Paid Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Reward/Referral Orders: Processed within 5–7 business days after reward validation.

2) Shipping Rates & Fees

• Calculated at Checkout: All shipping rates, handling fees, and promos are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination, weight, carrier rates, and current promotions.
• Subject to Change: Options and rates may change without notice.
• Reward Shipments: Shipping for rewards may be free, discounted, or charged per the campaign terms shown at the time of redemption.

3) Methods & Carriers

We typically ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Expedited options, when available, are selectable at checkout and are also calculated at checkout.

4) Estimated Delivery Windows

• Continental U.S.: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• AK/HI/APO/FPO: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak season volume.

5) Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For reward shipments, tracking is sent to the email tied to your affiliate account.

6) Address Issues & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or failure to pick up, you may be responsible for re-shipment fees calculated at the time of re-shipping.

7) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@hellagoodcup.com within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

8) International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability will be announced on our website if/when it becomes available.

9) Reward-Specific Notes

• Rewards cannot be combined with other free-shipping promotions unless explicitly stated at redemption.
• If a reward item is out of stock, Hella Good Cup may substitute a product of equal or greater value at its discretion.
